Recital Theme & Etiquette

Reflections of Spring

Students are invited to participate in this year’s recital theme, Reflections of Spring. Attire should be semi-formal and church-appropriate. Please refer to the dress code for additional guidance on acceptable recital attire.

Audience Etiquette

To ensure a respectful and focused environment for all performers, we kindly ask that all guests observe the following guidelines:

• Applause: Please wait until the student has completed all of their pieces before applauding.

• Quiet Environment: Silence all phones, watches, and electronic devices before the recital begins.

• Entering & Exiting: If you need to step out (for a phone call or restroom break), please do so between performers only, and exit/enter quietly.

• Respectful Listening: Remain attentive and supportive during each performance.

• Dress Expectations: All attendees are expected to dress in modest, church-appropriate attire.

These guidelines help create a respectful and encouraging atmosphere where every student can perform with confidence.
